Terms of Use

LandingQuiz is a free game run by Visiored ("we" or "us"). Play fair, be nice, and don't try to break things. By using LandingQuiz, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

Every day you get a new puzzle: guess the startup from a screenshot of its landing page. You can play without an account, or sign up to save your results, keep streaks, earn badges and show up on the leaderboard. We may change, add or remove features as the game grows.

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. Keep your login to yourself, since you're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else is using it, let us know.

Please don't:

• use LandingQuiz for anything illegal;
• pick a display name that's offensive or pretends to be someone else;
• cheat, for example with multiple accounts or bots;
• scrape, overload or hack the site;
• copy or reverse engineer LandingQuiz.

If you suggest a startup or send us feedback, we're free to use it to run and improve LandingQuiz. We don't owe you anything for it, but we do appreciate it.

LandingQuiz is an independent project. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the companies we feature. The screenshots are of public websites, used for the game, and all names, logos and content belong to their owners.

Run one of these companies and want your site out of the game? Email us at jyri@visiored.fi and we'll remove it.

Some features, like signing in with Google, rely on other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for them.

You can stop playing whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. If someone breaks these terms, we may remove their results from the leaderboard or suspend or delete their account, without notice.

LandingQuiz is provided "as is". We do our best, but we can't promise it will always be up, bug-free or secure, or that puzzles, scores and rankings will always be right.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, that come from using LandingQuiz. It's a free game, so please treat it like one.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you're a consumer, you still keep any protections your local laws give you.

We may update these terms now and then. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.
